About the Role
- Base Salary: $135k β $155k*
- Weβre looking for a talented and versatile Senior Product Designer to improve user experiences of our platform.
- Youβll elevate usability and UI consistency, contribute to our design system, and shape features used by underwriters.
- Collaborate closely with our Lead Designer, product managers, and engineers.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with product teams, client success, and sales to design end-to-end product experiences.
- Design clear, usable interfaces for new product areas and features.
- Tackle complex, data-heavy workflows and make them intuitive.
- Iterate quickly based on feedback from users and stakeholders.
- Support design QA and polish for core flows.
- Contribute to and evolve our design system.
- Leverage AI and rapid prototyping tools for ideation and iteration.
About You
- 5+ years of experience designing digital products, ideally for B2B, data-rich, or productivity tools.
- A strong portfolio showcasing your ability to simplify complexity.
- Comfortable within and contributing to design systems.
- Strong visual design skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Curious and adaptable, with a focus on problem-solving.
- Bonus: Experience with MUI or similar systems, exposure to AI-driven tools, InsurTech/FinTech experience, technical background.
