Job Description
- Lead end-to-end product design, from concept through launch, for core features across Rezolveβs AI commerce platform.
- Translate complex AI capabilities and data-driven systems into intuitive, usable product experiences.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterative design validation to inform product decisions.
- Present design concepts and rationale to senior leadership and stakeholders, clearly connecting user needs with business outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to ensure designs are technically feasible and scalable.
- Stay informed on emerging UX patterns in AI and interactive digital experiences to influence product direction.
- Experiment with AI-assisted design workflows to enhance productivity and explore innovative design possibilities.
- Document design rationale, workflows, and product specifications to support cross-team alignment and audit readiness.
- Ensure user data, research insights, and design assets follow SOC2-aligned privacy and security practices.
Requirements
- A proven ability to transform complex artificial intelligence and emerging technologies into intuitive, engaging user experiences.
- 5+ years of experience designing complex digital products (ideally in SaaS or AI) with a portfolio that highlights deep product thinking and problem-solving.
- Expertise in Figma and modern prototyping tools, supported by a refined visual sensibility and the ability to create polished, on-brand interfaces.
- An analytical approach that uses research, data, and usability principles to validate design decisions and accessibility standards.
- A self-directed work style that thrives on ambiguity, taking the initiative to move ideas forward in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Strong communication skills and a comfort level working closely with engineering, product, and business partners.
- A security-conscious mindset with familiarity in SOC2-aligned practices for the responsible handling of user data and design assets.
