Requirements

• 6+ years of product design experience.
• At least 2+ years in a staff or principal-level individual contributor role.
• Proven track record of shipping high-impact products.
• Highly skilled in responsive web design and native mobile applications.
• Proficiency with design tools like Figma.
• Strong AI fluency in design workflows.
• Experience with user research methodologies.
• Exceptional brand sensibility and visual taste.
• Ability to communicate complex design decisions clearly.
• Comfort with ambiguity in fast-paced environments.
