Requirements
- Proven experience as a Design Director or Senior Design Lead on web projects
- Strong UX sensibility with deep experience building and managing design systems
- Expert level Figma proficiency including component libraries, shared systems, and handoff
- Comfortable leading a design team and presenting to client stakeholders
- Experience working across multiple projects simultaneously without losing quality
