Key Responsibilities
- Brainstorm and develop creative concepts independently and as part of a team
- Translate client briefs into strong visual concepts aligned with brand guidelines and campaign goals
- Create compelling visual solutions that solve project briefs in thoughtful and unexpected ways
- Develop and refine visual assets across multiple platforms, including digital, print, social, and experiential
- Collaborate with creative directors, art directors, copywriters, strategists, developers, and other designers
- Communicate ideas clearly and confidently to internal teams and, when needed, to clients
- Maintain consistency across design elements and brand touchpoints
- Help guide the creative quality of projects and contribute design leadership where needed
- Provide constructive feedback on other designersβ work
- Manage deadlines effectively while working on multiple projects
- Ensure final deliverables are polished, production-ready, and meet quality standards
- Stay current on design trends, tools, and best practices
Requirements
- 3β5 years of experience as a Visual Designer, Brand Designer, Senior Designer, or in a similar role
- Strong portfolio showcasing relevant work such as branding, graphics, presentations, campaign assets, and other visual design projects
- Advanced English skills, both written and spoken
- Strong visual taste and attention to detail
- Ability to combine typography, color, layout, and imagery effectively
- Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Working knowledge of presentation platforms such as PowerPoint and Figma Slides
- Strong critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage deadlines in a remote environment
- Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams and receiving feedback
