Our Design & Production team owns an enormous output: sales decks, payment method brochures, event stands, social visuals, email templates, video edits, PR covers, merchandise, and more — across 6+ regions and dozens of active projects at any given time.You probably describe yourself as a "design systems" person who happens to also be creative. You've already experimented with AI tools not because they're trendy but because you could see they'd let you work at a scale that wasn't possible before. You're comfortable being the only designer in a meeting full of marketers and salespeople.
We're looking for a team member who can — think in systems, work with AI tools as a force multiplier, and orchestrate design production rather than doing every pixel manually.
What you'll own
- Sales & Commercial Materials: Build and maintain an automated production pipeline for the highest-volume asset category — client proposals, pitch decks, one-pagers, and commercial templates (we produce 30–50 of these per month across verticals including fintech, gaming, aviation, ecommerce, and crypto).
- Brand Comms & Social: Orchestrate the production of social media visuals, email banners, newsletter templates, and video reels — using AI image generation, motion tools, and Figma component systems to produce in hours what previously took days.
- Events & Campaigns: Own the full design pipeline for event activations: stands, rollups, invitations, print files, and digital event assets — with enough system-thinking to prep a Money20/20-level stand without manually building each file from scratch.
- AI-Driven Video & Motion: Use AI-assisted video tools to produce branded short-form content, spokesperson reels, announcement videos, and social shorts — reducing dependency on external editors.
- System Architecture: Build and maintain a scalable design system: master templates, Figma component libraries, a naming and filing convention that any team member (or AI assistant) can navigate, and brief-to-output workflows that cut average production time by 60%+.
What we're specifically looking for
This is not a traditional design role. You'll spend as much time building workflows and prompting AI tools inside Figma or After Effects.Must-haves:
- Proven experience with AI-powered design tools: Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Stable Diffusion, Runway, or equivalents.
- Strong command of Figma — including component libraries, auto-layout, and variables.
- Experience building scalable template systems (not just good-looking one-offs).
- Ability to prompt AI tools to produce on-brand output consistently — not just generate, but direct.
- Comfort working across formats: presentations, brochures, social graphics, email, video, print.
- Portfolio that shows both creative quality and operational volume — we want to see that you can produce a lot, quickly, without sacrificing brand consistency.
Strong plus:
- Experience with motion/video tools: After Effects, CapCut, Runway Gen-3, or similar.
- Familiarity with agentic AI workflows (Make, Zapier + AI, or custom GPT pipelines for design briefing and asset routing).
- Background in B2B or fintech brand environments.
- Experience writing or reviewing design briefs — you'll be fielding requests from Sales, Product Marketing, Digital, Events, PR, and regional marketing teams simultaneously.
