Job Description
Responsible for reworking the current user interface to make it more intuitive, user-friendly, and aesthetically appealing. Conduct thorough user research to understand the target audience, their needs, pain points, and preferences. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including software developers, product managers, and stakeholders. Design and create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to illustrate new interface concepts and interactions. Evaluate and analyze the existing UI, identifying areas for improvement. Streamline complex workflows and interactions. Ensure new design aligns with the companyβs brand identity, values, and guidelines. Conduct usability testing sessions and gather feedback from users.Requirements
- Proven work experience as a User Experience Designer, UI Designer, or a similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing successful UX projects.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.
- Familiarity with software development processes and the ability to balance user experience improvements with technical feasibility.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present and defend design decisions to stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a creative mindset, capable of finding innovative solutions to complex design challenges.
