Job Description
Lead end-to-end design processes, covering Discovery, customer research, concepting, customer testing, delivery, implementation, and production outcomes with continuous improvement, ensuring an exceptional user experience at every stage; Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to define product requirements, business objectives, and OKRs; Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that convey the product vision and meet customer needs; Conduct usability testing and continuously iterate based on feedback and performance metrics; Stay up to date on design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to develop innovative products.Requirements
- Experience in digital product design
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate and defend design decisions
- Experience driving product development from start to finish, working closely with multidisciplinary teams
- Knowledge of Discovery methodologies and experience leading them
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and UX/UI best practices
- Degree in Design, UI Design, UX Design, or a related field
