Requirements
- Professional product design experience with a strong portfolio in complex, data-rich, or process-heavy digital products
- Demonstrated ability to take a productβs UX from architecture through to production-ready design
- Deep empathy for the user, combined with the ability to impose clarity on complex systems
- Precision in UI craft
- Fluency with AI-native design tools and a bias toward automating and systematizing design workflows
- Strong commitment to accessibility and inclusive design.
