Summary

Key Focus Areas

• Own projects end to end alongside engineering, from problem definition through design, build, QA, and iteration. No hand-offs, no throwing designs over a wall.
• Design systems, not just screens. Architecture, component reuse, and how individual features compose into a coherent product.
• Collect and synthesize feedback from our debt advisors to inform priorities and validate what we've shipped.
• Shape how AI surfaces for users. We're building AI-powered lender matching, deal analysis, and outbound intelligence, and the design of those experiences is wide open.

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Design experience.
• 5+ years of experience working cross functionally with software engineers.
• Deep experience taking features from problem statement to shipped product.
• Expertise in creating and maintaining and designing systems, libraries, and other tools.
• Experience creating complex prototypes using Figma, Framer, Claude, code, or other tools.
• Effective written communication. We're 90% async, clear writing matters.

Preferred Qualifications

• Early stage start up experience where you’ve owned outcomes.
• Experience in fintech, proptech, or platforms with complex data and workflows.
• Experience building with AI for prototypes, synthesis, recommendations, matching, generation, etc.
• Comfort with ambiguity and an ability to create structure where none exists without over-engineering.
