Job Description
- Assist with preparation and organization of Architectural and Engineering (A/E) documentation
- Support the review and coordination of design drawings and specifications
- Help track project design schedules, deliverables, and documentation workflows
- Coordinate internal and consultant meetings and document key action items and design decisions
- Provide administrative support for consultant contracts, scopes of work, and invoices
- Maintain accurate project files and documentation on shared platforms
- Assist with research and preparation of Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and consultant selections
- Support quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) efforts by tracking document revisions
- Communicate with project teams to ensure accurate information exchange between design and construction groups
- Participate in coordination meetings with cross-functional teams (construction, procurement, operations)
- Assist in preparing presentation materials and reports for management review
- Gain familiarity with company design standards and help document lessons learned for continuous improvement
Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field or equivalent experience
- 2β4 years of professional experience in design, construction, or related industries
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Working knowledge of Bluebeam, Autocad/Autodesk, Revit and/or other BIM or design software is strongly preferred
- Basic understanding of architectural and engineering design processes
- Ability to read and interpret design drawings and technical specifications
