We are looking for an experienced, passionate, and resourceful engineer to join our team. As a Product Designer, you will be responsible for fostering that trustโthrough diligent customer research, innovative product strategy, and crafting high-quality user experiences. The Remote-CA base salary range for this role is $135,400 - $164,300 + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own the end-to-end user experience for one or two product verticals, working with Product Managers, Engineers, and Data Scientists to bring a great experience to life.
- Influence EarnInโs product vision and design strategy.
- Collaborate with other designers to ensure a consistent experience & design language across our platform.
- Execute and contribute to our design system and processes.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 2+ years of experience working in product design with a consumer products focus.
- Excellent thinking and communication skills (because youโre a designer). Youโre skilled at arguing for your point of view, and designs, and giving/receiving feedback.
- Youโre curious: You work from customer needs first.
- A passion for impactful financial technology.
- Being a humble, quick learner whoโs comfortable with change.
