We are looking for someone to step into a high impact Product Design role, focused on using design experience and expertise to research, scope and build new and improved user experiences across our product surface area. Responsibilities
- Sniff out opportunities. Design exceptional products that solve key pain points from start to finish, participating in all phases of design from problem definition to feature development and iterative optimization.
- Develop points of view. Iterate actively with prototypes at all levels of design fidelity to product actionable and defendable designs informed by user research, market trends, and business goals.Β
- Turn ideas into real, working products. Communicate and share often in written, verbal, and visual forms to create alignment and move the work towards implementation.
- Level up everyone around you. Collaborate regularly with engineers to help them adapt, implement and ship high-quality user experiences.
Qualifications and Requirements
- 6+ years of product design experience working with users and technical teams designing and implementing products that reach production and delight customers.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills β youβll be collaborating with others and presenting your work regularly. Managing stakeholders and fostering trust is a superpower.
- The flexibility to design in low and high fidelity and choose the most efficient and responsible process for the job at hand.
- The ability to connect business strategies, available technologies, and design solutions to deliver best-in-class user experiences that demonstrate an understanding of user needs and jobs to be done in a complex domain.
- A strong proficiency or willingness to gain one in Figma β both design and asset / component organization β and a familiarity with handing off designs to product development.
