Job Description
- Create elegant, intuitive, and scalable designs for core platform areas that support our customersβ most complex business needs.
- Translate technical requirements and intricate workflows into simple, seamless user journeys.
- Deliver high-fidelity designs, interactive prototypes, and detailed specs that reflect a deep understanding of UI/UX best practices.
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Research to embed design thinking into the development process and ensure technical feasibility.
- Use research, journey mapping, and Jobs To Be Done (JTBD) frameworks to ensure we are solving real problems for our customers.
- Partner with our Design Systems team to ensure platform features are consistent, accessible, and high-quality.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of professional product design experience, ideally within enterprise-grade software or complex SaaS platforms.
- Expert-level skills in Figma and prototyping tools, with a portfolio that demonstrates a high bar for visual craft and interaction design.
- Experience working in a "three-in-a-box" model (Product, Engineering, and Design) to deliver impactful outcomes.
- The ability to clearly articulate your design decisions and the "why" behind your work to stakeholders and peers.
