Job Description

  • Create elegant, intuitive, and scalable designs for core platform areas that support our customers’ most complex business needs.
  • Translate technical requirements and intricate workflows into simple, seamless user journeys.
  • Deliver high-fidelity designs, interactive prototypes, and detailed specs that reflect a deep understanding of UI/UX best practices.
  • Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Research to embed design thinking into the development process and ensure technical feasibility.
  • Use research, journey mapping, and Jobs To Be Done (JTBD) frameworks to ensure we are solving real problems for our customers.
  • Partner with our Design Systems team to ensure platform features are consistent, accessible, and high-quality.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of professional product design experience, ideally within enterprise-grade software or complex SaaS platforms.
  • Expert-level skills in Figma and prototyping tools, with a portfolio that demonstrates a high bar for visual craft and interaction design.
  • Experience working in a "three-in-a-box" model (Product, Engineering, and Design) to deliver impactful outcomes.
  • The ability to clearly articulate your design decisions and the "why" behind your work to stakeholders and peers.
  • A commitment to building accessible and equitable experiences for a global, diverse user base.
