Job Description
- Work directly with clients embedding into their teams
- Provide product design expertise as consultative recommendations and in execution
- Consulting with clients looking to improve their design process
- Building, evolving, consulting on and championing design systems
- End-to-end product design including research, product strategy, and user testing
- Interviewing, collaborating, and presenting as an embedded part of client teams
- Working closely with product, developers, and other designers
Requirements
- 5+ years UX & design experience
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- A portfolio showcasing transformative results on enterprise clients
- Very deep experience with Figma
- Experience building & maintaining design systems
- Consulting or agency experience is an asset
