Job Description
- Plan and conduct UX research, including user interviews, usability testing, and prototype validation.
- Translate research insights into design decisions, represented in user flows, specifications, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Produce high-fidelity UI designs for new features and product improvements.
- Collaborate closely with Engineers and Director of Technology to define problems and align on goals.
- Oversee and maintain the evolution of our design system and best practices.
Requirements
- A portfolio that showcases strong UX thinking and clean, intuitive interface design.
- 4+ years of experience designing digital products, ideally in B2B product environments.
- Strong generalist background across research, UX, UI, and visual design.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Skilled in Figma and experienced with rapid prototyping tools.
- Experience working with distributed, cross-functional teams.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and skilled at creating structure where none exists.
- Experience working with component-based design.
- Ability to travel internationally for at least 1 week per year.
- Ability to work up to 2 overlapping hours between 9 AM and 4 PM, Pacific Standard Time.
