Job Description
- Deliver end-to-end design for features on our Win product
- Partner directly with product and engineering counterparts
- Maintain and extend Figma-based design system
- Use data and metrics for design decisions
- Integrate AI tools into workflow
Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience shipping complex SaaS or consumer products
- Strong craft and systems thinking portfolio
- Ability to architect design systems that scale
- Knowledge of AI tools and integration in design workflow
- Ability to communicate design decisions to technical and non-technical collaborators
- Strong problem-solving skills with minimal process scaffolding
