- Mid-Level Experience: You are confident in your craft and can independently work on complex features from day one.
- Generalist Approach: You cover the spectrum from deep user research and strategic UX to precise UI design.
- Figma Expertise: You build clean components and are proficient in prototyping.
- Tech Stack & Data: You are comfortable with modern tools like Linear and have ideally worked with PostHog (or similar analytics tools) to validate your design decisions with data.
- Curiosity about AI-assisted Workflows is a big plus.
- Startup Mindset: You appreciate a setting with flat hierarchies and short decision paths.
- You work solution-oriented and make pragmatic trade-offs between speed and perfection.
Languages
You communicate confidently in English internally and conduct customer interviews in German (min. B2).Benefits
