Responsibilities
- Own design work in a product group while partnering closer with Product and Engineering
- Lead design research including choosing methods and sharing insights with stakeholders
- Design end-to-end user experiences while considering scale, edge cases, and long-term impact
- Present your work clearly in design critiques and reviews with data and research included
- Actively collaborate with other designers by giving and receiving thoughtful feedback
- Lead design on complex initiatives from discovery through delivery with minimal supervision
- Create and maintain user journeys for your areas and connect them across the full experience
- Define and evolve interaction patterns within your domain to ensure platform coherence
- Bring a strong UX perspective to product strategy discussion with team leads
- Ensure high-quality execution by partnering with engineers and fellow designers
- Share knowledge, mentor peers, and contribute to design initiatives across the organization
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience designing complex digital products
- A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership, systems thinking, and product impact
- Proven experience driving user research and translating insights into product decisions
- Ability to define interaction patterns and contribute to scalable design solutions
- Strong product sense with experience collaborating on roadmap planning
- Excellent communication skills, especially with presenting design decision to stakeholders
- Experience designing in enterprise SaaS or similarly complex product environments
Nice to have
- Experience contributing to or evolving a design system
- Strong accessibility and inclusive design experience
- Experience mentoring designers or leading design organization initiatives
- Familiarity with HR technology
