Requirements
- 10+ years of product design experience, end-to-end ownership of complex digital products
- Strong UX strategy and systems thinking β ecosystem view, not just individual screens
- Technical literacy: Git, developer workflows, design-to-code handoff
- Strong cross-functional communication
- E-commerce, marketplace, fintech, or gaming background is a strong advantage
- Genuine curiosity about games and player purchasing behaviour
