Job Description
- Design high-performing web experiences: Create visually engaging, user-centered web pages and experiences that help users get started with Natural Cycles
- Continuously optimize performance through A/B testing and iteration
- Take ownership of web design craft together with the team, maintaining a high bar for quality and consistency
- Bring ideas from concept to high-fidelity execution across all web touchpoints
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, marketing, and engineering to deliver and test ideas quickly
- Use data, user behavior, and research insights to inform and validate design decisions
- Contribute to and evolve our design system, components, and visual language
Requirements
- 4+ years of web design experience, with a portfolio showcasing high-quality marketing sites or conversion-focused flows
- Strong visual design skills, including layout, typography, color, motion, and interaction design
- A solid understanding of user behavior, marketing principles, and conversion drivers
- Proficiency in Figma, with familiarity in Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience working with metrics, A/B testing, and experimentation
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Self-driven and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience collaborating closely with marketing or growth teams
- Basic understanding of front-end constraints (HTML/CSS)
- Experience contributing to design systems
- Interest in using AI tools in your workflow
- Experience with user research and usability testing
- Experience with web animation (e.g., Lottie)
