- Own the member app end to end
- Move from idea to working prototype
- Stay close to our members, run research
- Build and maintain the design system
- Partner closely with clinicians, coaches, and care coordinators
- Make hard tradeoffs and document reasoning
Requirements
- A designer who has owned a consumer product end to end
- You are fluent with modern design tooling
- You know how to run research and turn it into decisions
- Strong written communication
- Nice to have experience designing clinician facing tools
