Responsibilities
- Lead discovery processes to gain a deep understanding of the usage context
- Map hypotheses, problems, and product opportunities
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders and users
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative data
- Turn information into actionable insights aligned with product goals
- Create and validate solutions with a strong focus on user experience
- Prototype at multiple levels of fidelity
- Document learnings and decisions throughout the process
- Ensure interface consistency and alignment with the Blip brand
- Work with design patterns and contribute to the evolution of Design Systems
- Ensure delivery quality with simple, clear, and efficient experiences
- Facilitate co-creation sessions and usability tests
- Work closely with technical and business teams
- Continuously incorporate feedback and contribute to the teamβs growth
Requirements
- Solid experience in digital product design
- A strong portfolio demonstrating work across different stages of the product lifecycle
- Experience with agile methodologies
- Proficiency in Figma and prototyping (low, medium, and high fidelity)
- Knowledge of user research and product metrics
- Experience with usability testing and facilitation of workshops
- Advanced English
