Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Product Designer with a "Builder" mindset to work at the forefront of our product strategy. Design interfaces and drive innovation in building solutions that leverage Artificial Intelligence. Raise and maintain the design quality bar at Sami, ensuring visual and functional consistency. Design and prototype AI-driven experiences, understanding UX limitations and opportunities. Work end-to-end, from strategic discovery through high-fidelity delivery and follow-up with engineering. Conduct qualitative and quantitative research, accelerate data analysis, and extract deep insights. Build complex flows, design systems, and interaction elements.Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior Product Designer in startup environments or high-growth digital products.
- Tools & Prototyping: Mastery of Figma and ease learning new tools (especially AI-assisted design tools).
- Builder Portfolio: Track record of building and launching real products, demonstrating how you solved complex problems and iterated based on data.
- Knowledge of AI: Basic understanding of how language models and machine learning work to design interfaces that deliver user value.
- Synthesis ability: Skill at communicating complex ideas clearly and concisely to both technical teams and business stakeholders.
