Job Description
Partner with the Product Manager to design intuitive, user-centered UI/UX solutions for new features and product initiatives, from wireframes to high-fidelity mockups. Design thoughtful interaction details including hover states, empty states, loading states, and error states to ensure a complete and polished user experience. Conduct ongoing reviews of the existing product to identify inconsistencies in UI patterns, components, and user flows, and propose and implement improvements to enhance usability and visual consistency. Lead the migration of our design component library from Sketch to Figma, building a well-structured, reusable component system that supports the product teamβs long-term design workflow. Maintain and evolve the component library and design system over time, ensuring designs remain consistent and up to date as the product grows. Collaborate with engineering to ensure designs are feasible, clearly communicated, and accurately implemented. Support the marketing team with design deliverables for key campaigns, events, and product launches (e.g., landing pages, promotional assets). Assist the leadership team in creating polished, on-brand slide decks for major internal and external presentations. Actively seek and incorporate feedback from the Product Manager, stakeholders, and users to iterate and improve designs.Requirements
- 1β3 years of experience in product design, UI/UX design, or a related field; or a strong portfolio that demonstrates equivalent ability.
- A portfolio showcasing product design work, including your design process and final UI deliverables.
- Hands-on experience with Figma and/or Sketch.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with product and cross-functional teams.
- Comfortable working within Agile sprint cycles, including participating in sprint planning, design reviews, and iterating quickly based on feedback from product and engineering.
