Job Description
- Own design for features across B2B and B2C surfaces - framing problems, designing solutions, and shipping polished work with PM and engineering.
- Translate workflows and data into intuitive, accessible flows.
- Build prototypes, run user interviews and usability tests, and use both qualitative and quantitative insights to guide iteration.
- Use AI-enhanced tools to move faster and go deeper, for research synthesis, ideation, or prototype generation.
- Contribute to our design system and reusable patterns, balancing brand differentiation with platform consistency across our brands.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in product or UX design, ideally on B2B, SaaS, or operational platforms.
- Strong proficiency in Figma and other design/prototyping tools.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools in your day-to-day workflows.
- A track record of using research to guide decisions.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills - you bring clarity to ambiguity and unite stakeholders around a vision.
- Strong organizational skills - you juggle multiple projects in short turnarounds without sacrificing quality.
- Portfolio that demonstrates problem-solving, systems thinking, and effective execution across real-world products.
