Job Description
- Oversee design for the mobile app, employer web portal, and internal admin tools
- Expand and maintain our design system and visual language
- Drive design for new initiatives, including an AI financial assistant, card products, lending, and PFM tools
- Direct marketing collateral, brand evolution, and motion design (managing freelance resources)
- Collaborate with Product and GTM teams to transform loosely defined requirements into intuitive features
Requirements
- Proven experience designing and shipping complex mobile applications in the fintech space
- You are a "hands-on" leader who stays ahead of design trends and thrives on solving complex UX challenges
- Expert in Figma and Claude Design; experience directing motion design
- You donβt wait for requirements; you use design thinking to define them and pursue the best version of every asset
