Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business goals into unique product experiences.
- Work closely with engineering, product management, and company leaders to take products from concept to launch.
- Deliver detailed wireframes, user flows, functional specification documentation, and other artifacts to agile development teams and refine as needed during project sprints.
- Understand our customers by leveraging qualitative and quantitative data and serve as their advocate when making design decisions.
- Stay updated with new technologies, industry, and design trends and demonstrate a passion for learning.
Requirements
- 5+ years as a Product or UI/UX Designer in SaaS products or startups.
- Strong portfolio that showcases deep interaction and problem-solving skills.
- Strong level of spoken and written English.
- Experience creating and using design systems.
- Experience working in fast-paced environments.
- Meticulous attention to detail and an excellent understanding of design principles.
