Job Description

  • Master methodologies and best practices for user experience and interface design, with specialized focus on native patterns (iOS and Android);
  • Create product solutions that deliver clear, consistent, and understandable mobile journeys for customers;
  • Work across all stages of the design process, from discovery to solution conception and interface definition, providing a detailed handoff;
  • Apply critical thinking and usability principles to transform complex flows into simple user experiences;
  • Carefully document the user experience and business requirements to ensure clarity for the app’s evolution;
  • Use qualitative and quantitative data and research to support design and product decisions, proposing improvements to the roadmap;
  • Conduct or support user research and usability testing to validate hypotheses and evolve solutions;
  • Participate strategically in product discussions, helping prioritize UX technical debt and the systemic evolution of the app;
  • Identify improvement opportunities with a holistic view, ensuring the app evolves cohesively;
  • Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineering to ensure solutions are aligned across experience, technical feasibility, and business goals;
  • Support the strengthening of design maturity and product culture within the team.

Requirements

  • Solid experience (minimum 2 years) developing products for mobile ecosystems, demonstrating technical mastery of native interface guidelines and usability;
  • Established experience (minimum 4 years) in Product Design for complex digital solutions, with involvement across the full product cycle;
  • Mastery of native interface patterns for iOS and Android (experience converting web flows to mobile is a plus);
  • Proficiency in Figma and scalable methods (Design Systems and Style Guides);
  • Ability to maintain experience and interface consistency in complex digital products;
  • Knowledge of handoff processes and technical documentation to support mobile development teams;
  • Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research methods;
  • Ability to turn data and research learnings into actionable product insights;
  • Experience conducting hypothesis validation tests;
  • Clear and assertive communication when interacting with stakeholders, able to contribute actively to product discussions and defend design decisions focused on metrics;
  • Experience in technology companies focused on digital products (experience in the financial sector is a plus).
