Job Description
Lead the end-to-end product design strategy across multiple client engagements. Define and maintain design standards, frameworks, and scalable best practices. Mentor and grow a high-performing team of product designers and UX practitioners. Partner closely with product, engineering, and delivery leaders to align design with business and technical goals. Facilitate discovery workshops, design sprints, and collaborative sessions with clients. Drive user research, usability testing, and data-informed decision-making. Communicate design rationale and influence executive stakeholders through storytelling and evidence. Oversee design execution across UX, UI, interaction design, prototyping, and service design. Contribute to pre-sales conversations, proposals, and thought leadership to strengthen ImagineXβs design capability.Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI, or related fields, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
- A portfolio demonstrating strategic design leadership and high-quality execution.
- Deep expertise in user-centered design, design systems, prototyping, and modern product development.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills, especially with executive audiences.
- Experience in consulting, agency, or multi-client environments (preferred).
- Ability to lead teams through ambiguity and complex problem spaces.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and cross-functional collaboration.
