Job Description

• Conduct interviews, surveys, usability tests, and other research methods with customers.
• Create mockups, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma.
• Propose solutions aligned with our design standards, considering value delivery and development effort.
• Ensure the final implementation matches the proposed design.
• Use data and metrics to validate the performance of your deliverables.
• Actively contribute to improving our Design System and interface components.
• Develop a deep understanding of Mercos's products and the platform's different user profiles.

Requirements

• Portfolio with case studies that demonstrate your process: research, design decisions, interfaces, validations, and results.
• Experience designing digital products for web and mobile (Android/iOS).
• Proficiency in Figma, including Auto Layout and components.
• Organized with deliverables and design documentation.
• Ability to communicate ideas clearly and work collaboratively.
• Experience in B2B contexts or with complex systems is a plus.
