Job Description
Own the UX strategy and design vision for ClickTech HUB, defining how the platform looks, feels and functions for our D2C audience.Build and maintain a scalable design system that ensures consistency across all platform touchpoints and supports future product development.
Partner closely with Product and Engineering to embed strong UX thinking into the product roadmap, from discovery through to delivery.
Champion the user experience across the business, using data, research and insight to inform design decisions and platform improvements.
Define the future creative direction for the platform, balancing commercial objectives with an exceptional learner experience.
Set and maintain the creative standard across all output, ensuring consistency in visual language, tone and quality across B2B and D2C.
Translate business and marketing objectives into clear creative briefs and compelling design solutions.
Establish and evolve brand guidelines and visual frameworks that the whole team can work within.
Manage Senior UX Designers, a Senior Designer and a Motion Designer, running regular 1:1s, setting clear objectives and supporting career development.
Create a culture of creative excellence, constructive feedback and continuous improvement within the team.
Work closely with the Marketing team to align creative output with campaign and growth priorities.
Collaborate with Product and Engineering on platform UX, ensuring design and development are tightly integrated.
Oversee the end-to-end creative production process, from brief to delivery, across multiple concurrent workstreams.
Requirements
Proven experience leading UX in a SaaS, EdTech or subscription platform - this is a core requirement for the role.Strong background in D2C or consumer-facing product design, with a portfolio that demonstrates platform thinking at scale.
Demonstrated people leadership and team development experience, with the ability to coach, mentor and hold a high creative bar.
Experience owning and evolving a design system end to end, from foundations through to component libraries and governance.
Ability to think strategically about UX and creative direction while staying close enough to the work to lead by example.
Confident working across both B2B and D2C creative requirements without losing focus or diluting quality.
Strong collaborator who can influence without authority and build productive relationships with Product, Engineering and Marketing.
Commercially minded with an understanding of how design decisions impact acquisition, conversion and retention.
Experience working with motion, paid and brand creative disciplines, with enough fluency to direct and give meaningful feedback across all.
Highly organised, calm under pressure and able to manage competing priorities without dropping the quality bar.
Bonus: Experience working with AI-driven platforms, creator economies or online education products.
