Job Description
Own the complete design lifecycle for various products, from initial research and ideation through to high-fidelity visuals and final implementation. Translate complex user and business challenges into simple, elegant, and functional design solutions that align with user needs and strategic goals. Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs that clearly communicate design concepts and ensure an intuitive user experience. Conduct user testing and leverage data-driven insights to validate design decisions, ensuring designs meet performance goals and continuously improve based on user feedback. Design and refine AI-driven workflows, including conversational and non-conversational AI experiences, focusing on clarity, usability, and engagement. Craft refined micro-interactions, motion, and feedback states that make AI responses feel responsive and intentional. Mentor junior designers, helping them grow their skills, navigate challenges, and refine their design approaches. Contribute to and help evolve the design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across all products and features. Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other cross-functional teams to ensure design solutions align with technical requirements and product objectives. Advocate for user-centered design thinking across the organization, ensuring that design decisions are informed by user insights and aligned with business objectives. Keep up with industry trends, best practices, and emerging design tools. Integrate new ideas and approaches into design processes to enhance product experiences. Ensure that all designs follow accessibility standards and guidelines, providing a seamless and inclusive experience for all users. Manage multiple design initiatives concurrently while maintaining high-quality work and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Requirements
- Advanced proficiency in Figma and familiarity with design systems.
- Ability to incorporate user research, competitive analysis, and data-driven insights into design decisions.
- Strong communication skills and experience working in agile, cross-functional teams.
- Deep understanding of user interface and user experience principles, with the ability to balance aesthetics and functionality.
- Proven ability to juggle multiple projects and deliver on time in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to mentor and guide junior designers while fostering a culture of growth and collaboration.
- Experience designing for conversational AI agents, particularly with a focus on usability KPIs and iterative improvements.
- Establish patterns and frameworks for responsible AI design.
