Requirements
- 7β10+ years of product design experience, with meaningful time spent on complex platforms, systems, or tools (B2B, SaaS, or AI-driven products strongly preferred)
- Demonstrated experience leading foundational or platform-level design work that scales across teams, products, or workflows
- Hands-on experience designing and shipping AI-powered features, workflows, or systems
- Proven track record of partnering closely with Product and Engineering in fast-paced environments
- Experience mentoring designers, influencing standards, and shaping how design work scalesβwithout needing formal management responsibility.
