Job Description
Own and evolve PIERRE's design system in Figma — semantic tokens, components, variables, states, scoping. Translate system updates from Figma into the codebase: open the React Native repo in Cursor, edit components, run things locally, prototype with Claude Code. Design and ship product features end-to-end at the screen and flow level. Contribute to PIERRE's widget system — a generative, modular home built around natural language interactions with our AI. Use AI tools (Claude, Cursor, Claude Code, v0, Lovable, Midjourney, etc.) as part of your daily method.Requirements
- 2–4 years of product design experience, with a portfolio that shows shipped mobile work.
- Deep, hands-on experience with design systems — not just consuming them, but maintaining and evolving one.
- Mastery of Figma at a craft level: variables, modes, auto-layout, complex components, prototyping.
- Daily fluency with AI tools — Claude Code, Cursor, v0, and similar.
- Written communication, including UX writing.
- Brazilian Portuguese fluency is required.
- Availability to work full-time.
- Sensibility for editorial design, drop culture, or treating digital products as cultural artifacts.
