Job Description

Own and elevate the end-to-end product design experience while leading a senior design function that reshapes how we create impactful, AI-driven learning products. An entrepreneurial approach, thriving in ambiguity, taking ownership, and driving progress with speed. Strong leadership capability, able to challenge, inspire, and elevate a team while fostering a collaborative, high-performance environment. Strong communication skills, with genuine curiosity about people and a collaborative, low-ego approach, paired with the confidence to lead both teams and stakeholders.
