Job Description
- Investigate problems and identify scalable, innovative opportunities for products
- Conduct research, benchmarks, and heuristic analyses to inform design decisions
- Work across all stages of conception — from discovery and hypothesis definition to prototyping, validation, and handoff
- Create solutions that deliver clarity, consistency, and value to end users
- Apply critical thinking and usability best practices to simplify complex problems
- Validate deliverables through usability testing and other research methodologies
- Use metrics and usage, adoption, and satisfaction data to guide product decisions
- Ensure high-quality deliverables with clear, traceable documentation
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to turn insights into viable, scalable solutions
- Maintain and evolve the Design System, ensuring visual consistency and quality across products
- Actively contribute to spreading design best practices within the team and the company
Requirements
- Solid experience working as a Product Designer across all stages of the product lifecycle
- Portfolio demonstrating relevant projects and real impact on digital products
- Clear communication, strong reasoning skills, and the autonomy to lead projects and prioritize deliveries
- Experience with discovery, ideation, prototyping, usability testing, and hypothesis validation
- Experience building, documenting, and evolving Design Systems
- Systemic thinking, attention to business rules, and familiarity with product metrics for decision-making
- Ability to design consistent experiences across different devices and usage contexts
- Ability to use generative AI and automation tools to accelerate discovery, ideation, prototyping, and design processes
