Job Description
Lead end-to-end design for major product areas, turning complex workflows into intuitive experiences. Conduct or support interviews, usability tests, and feedback sessions. Partner closely with engineering and product from scoping through delivery. Use and contribute to Suralinkβs design system to maintain consistency and scalability. Operate with autonomy, driving clarity and momentum through ambiguity.Requirements
- 4+ years of experience designing for complex SaaS products.
- Proven experience designing AI or data-driven features (or a strong interest in LLM-enabled interfaces).
- Proficiency in Figma (Auto Layout, variants, variables, libraries, tokens).
- Strong portfolio showing systems thinking and ability to ship elegant, cohesive experiences.
- Experience collaborating closely with engineering and product leadership to shape roadmaps.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
- Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and commitment to inclusive design.
