Job Description
Lead end-to-end design for complex, ambiguous audit workflows, from problem definition through shipped solutions. Partner closely with Product and Engineering to shape strategy, influence roadmaps, and deliver high-quality, scalable implementations bringing strong product judgment to tradeoffs across user needs, business goals, and technical constraints. Drive design execution with minimal direction, operating effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment. Translate customer needs, research insights, and business goals into clear user journeys, interaction models, and polished UI. Balance speed and iteration with usability, consistency, and long-term product quality. Advocate for users while accounting for technical, regulatory, and business constraints. Own a significant product area or customer journey, anticipating downstream impacts across workflows and personas. Set a high bar for craft and influence by contributing to the design system, mentoring peers, and serving as a trusted design voice with strong conviction and low ego.Requirements
You thrive in fast-moving environments and can operate effectively at high velocity without sacrificing judgment or craft. Youβre comfortable owning complex, ambiguous problem spaces end-to-end with minimal direction. You think in systems and anticipate downstream impacts across workflows, personas, and adjacent product areas. Experience working alongside or designing AI-assisted workflows (e.g., review, summarization, guidance). You incorporate AI into your daily design practice β from research and synthesis to prototyping and iteration - using it as a force multiplier while still applying strong judgment. Youβre excited to design AI-assisted workflows that meaningfully support auditors in their work. You set a high bar for usability, polish, and consistency in shipped work.
