Job Description
- Develop and implement successful design strategies by outlining how the design team will create the projectβs deliverables
- Partner with discipline leads across design to ensure a well managed and staffed discipline
- Ensure designers have well supported growth through mentoring and feedback
- Ensure the team's execution meets or exceeds standards
- Make significant contributions to wider Design Department processes and rituals.
Requirements
- 6+ years of industry experience in a leadership role
- 3+ years experience in Game Design focused role(s)
- Experience with management practices, including team member feedback and evaluation processes
- Professional experience and passion for leading teams and growing skills/mentoring individuals
- Professional experience with project management software
- Strong understanding of the Systems-based Action RPG Genre.
