Job Description

Develop and implement successful design strategies by outlining how the design team will create the project’s deliverables
Partner with discipline leads across design to ensure a well managed and staffed discipline
Ensure designers have well supported growth through mentoring and feedback
Ensure the team's execution meets or exceeds standards
Make significant contributions to wider Design Department processes and rituals.

Requirements

6+ years of industry experience in a leadership role
3+ years experience in Game Design focused role(s)
Experience with management practices, including team member feedback and evaluation processes
Professional experience and passion for leading teams and growing skills/mentoring individuals
Professional experience with project management software
Strong understanding of the Systems-based Action RPG Genre.
