How you will make an impact:

We are looking for a Product Designer to join our Experimentation & Attribution team. You will help our customers by designing features that allow them to easily understand performance and optimize messages for millions of recipients. Your job is to work with a multidisciplinary team of product designers, product managers, engineers, and UX researchers to make our customers' jobs easier.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with your product and engineering partners to understand problems and deliver solutions across the full project lifecycle.
• Identify opportunities and facilitate UX research and discovery, considering scope and constraints.
• Prototype design decisions in varying degrees of fidelity to solve complex problems and test solutions with customers.
• Partner with engineering through implementation to test, iterate, and ensure the full design vision is realized.
• Provide feedback and critique to the rest of the design team, upholding and elevating our standards of quality.

Requirements:

• 3+ years experience working in a product design role for software applications.
• Experience leading design projects from concept through launch, balancing user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
• Strong visual design sensibilities, with a passion for creating consumer grade enterprise products.
• An interest in designing for a complex product, from broad strategy to component-specific UI design.
• Empathy for our variety of customers, engineers, and internal stakeholders.
• Passion for learning and improving yourself and the team.

Bonus Points:

• Experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience designing for experimentation, analytics, or optimization workflows.
• Familiarity with marketing automation software.
• Experience working with a B2B SaaS company.
• Hands-on use of AI and code to prototype and refine user experiences.
