Job Description
Work within the Product organization, focused on developing the best internal products for the company. Collaborate with multidisciplinary squads, including developers, tech leads, and Product Managers, to ensure proposed solutions meet business needs and internal usersβ requirements. Map and understand internal usersβ pain points, needs, and goals through direct and continuous interaction, applying UX Research techniques. Lead discovery processes using the Double Diamond approach, from initial research and ideation through testing and final delivery. Prototype solutions using Figma, ensuring the use of design systems and componentization principles for consistent and scalable interfaces. Monitor the performance of internal products, using metrics to iterate and continuously improve proposed solutions.Requirements
- Proven experience working as a Product Designer on digital products.
- Knowledge of discovery processes (especially Double Diamond), UX Research, and applying data-driven methodologies to inform design decisions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams, with the ability to justify and defend design decisions based on data and best practices.
- Experience working in agile teams.
- Knowledge of design systems, componentization, information hierarchy, and UX/UI design patterns.
- Proven experience using Figma as the primary prototyping tool and familiarity with complementary design software.
- Familiarity with motion design and video editing is a plus.
