Job Description
Conduct user research and market analysis to identify opportunities and our customers' needs. Develop high-quality interface designs, taking into account usability, accessibility, and the overall user experience. Collaborate closely with the development team to ensure efficient implementation of proposed solutions. Monitor product performance and iterate based on feedback and metrics.Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Mid-level Product Designer
- At least 5 years' proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, Interaction Designer, Information Architect, or in a related field, working on digital products and/or mobile applications
- Knowledge of research techniques
- Knowledge of agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum)
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, InVision, and Abstract
- Experience with design methodologies such as Design Thinking, Lean UX, or other frameworks that enable rapid definition of user needs
- Experience with design research methodologies and human-centered design principles
- Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams
- Adaptability in cases of shifting priorities or evolving needs, demonstrating openness and agility
- Experience working on UX/UI for web systems
- Experience with modern web design techniques
- Knowledge of Motion Design
