Lead design strategy and execution for Toast IQβs AI assistant product. Shape interaction design and componentry across web, mobile, and hardware. Collaborate with product, engineering, and third-party partners to define design requirements. Drive adoption for premium intelligence features and automation tools.Requirements
- Proven ability to lead high-impact design initiatives at a principal level.
- Lead the end-to-end design process for core UX/UI features within Toastβs AI ecosystem.
- Deep understanding of emerging AI use cases and user-centered design principles.
- Proven ability to conduct data analysis and user research to inform design decisions.
- Proficiency in emerging AI tools (Claude, Codex, etc.) and design tools like Figma and Miro.
- Strong communication skills to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
