Job Description
- Convert complex business requirements and user needs into intuitive wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes.
- Plan and conduct user research, market analysis, and usability testing to validate design decisions and advocate for the user.
- Drive design system consistency by contributing reusable components and maintaining documentation for seamless developer hand-offs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineers and product managers to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with product strategy.
- Iterate on designs based on data, feedback, and emerging UX trends to continuously improve the user experience.
Requirements
- At least 3-5 years of relevant design experience.
- BA/BS degree in visual design, graphic design, graphic arts or a similar field.
- Experience taking initiative, working independently and actively to resolve issues, and taking ownership of projects and processes.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Ability to understand technical concepts and visually represent them in design.
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe.
