Overview

What will you be doing?

• Own the operating model for the full product organisation, including planning cadences, roadmap governance, and OKR cycles.
• Define how Primer measures product performance across the portfolio.
• Set the strategy for product tooling and oversee its integration and evolution.
• Lead go-to-market readiness across the product function by coordinating with various teams.
• Identify and resolve systemic friction across the product organization.
• Build the knowledge infrastructure for the product function.
• Act as a strategic partner to Theo, focusing on operational detail and cross-functional coordination.

What we're looking for

• Substantial experience in a senior Product Operations or equivalent role in a B2B technology company.
• Genuine analytical capability, able to work directly with data and build dashboards.
• Track record of creating systems and processes that people adopt and maintain.
• Comfortable operating across Product, Engineering, and GTM.
• Multi-quarter strategic thinking with a focus on the big picture.
• Highly autonomous in ambiguous environments.

Nice to have

• Experience in payments, fintech, or developer-facing infrastructure products.
