Own the end-to-end design of back office workflows spanning AP, AR, purchasing, inventory, project financials, and month-end close.
Lead through complexity, addressing needs of back office users.
Help the team understand who they're designing for.

Build standards and lean processes to balance quality, capabilities, and time.
Contribute to product strategy and roadmaps aligned with company vision.
Mentor designers and design managers to build context and decision-making skills.

Report directly to the VP of Experience Design and scale a design team.

Experience in a SaaS or enterprise environment.
Ability to build a team of 10 or more.
Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools and a curiosity to evolve your practice.
Experience designing for agentic or AI-driven experiences.
Passion for improving User Experiences and measuring those improvements.
Proven track record in solving complex UX design problems.
Strong leadership and coaching skills with dedication to team development.
Top-notch prioritization and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and analytical abilities.
Able to lead cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
