Job Description
- Create high-fidelity interfaces with refined visual design, typography, colors, spacing, accessibility, and component variations.
- Structure wireframes and user flows based on requirements gathered with Product Managers.
- Ensure design QA before and after handoff: review prototypes and flows for consistency before delivery, and validate implementation in production.
- Work side by side with Product and Engineering in sprints, understanding that all deliveries have clear deadlines.
- Deliver in a fast-paced environment, meeting both regular and tight deadlines.
- Keep files, flows, and priorities well-organized.
- Be autonomous with accountability, managing tasks independently while staying aligned with design leadership and product.
- Stay open to feedback and adaptable to changing requirements and priorities.
- Bring continuous improvements to the design system, workflows, and design practices.
- Actively contribute to the evolution and documentation of our Design System.
- Advocate for design excellence across the company and shaping best practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design projects for digital products, including wireframes, prototypes, UI design, and design systems.
- Strong expertise in UI design, with attention to detail, consistency, accessibility, and scalability.
- Ability to structure wireframes and flows in collaboration with Product Managers.
- Experience with design QA before and after handoff, ensuring high-quality delivery and implementation.
- Passion for product-building, with an understanding of how design, business, and technology intersect.
- Ability to think strategically while executing with precision, balancing big-picture goals with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with UX best practices, usability testing, and user research methodologies (applied level).
- Proficiency in Figma, including interactive prototypes and reusable components.
- Excellent communication skills: able to advocate for design decisions and align cross-functional teams.
- Advanced English (required for meetings and global collaboration).
