Your role entails

• Application and evolution of existing guidelines, ensuring consistency.
• Leading various projects: marketing campaign assets, data visualization, print, and UI design.
• Collaborating closely with design systems and sites team, influencing UI of digital experiences.
• Involvement in stretch projects beyond brand design, driving cross-department collaboration.
• Leading a team of visual designers responsible for brand and site-related work.
• Driving innovation, setting direction, maintaining quality, supporting team growth.
• Crafting exceptional visual solutions and leading by example.

Day to day responsibilities

• Reviewing work critically and constructively.
• Contributing hands-on design work when necessary.
• Supporting individual designers' professional growth.
• Overseeing and improving operational workflows.
• Working with stakeholders to define and validate outcomes.
• Evolving design systems for consistent quality and efficiency.
• Coordinating with design leadership to mature collective practice.
• Sharing work to strengthen culture and visibility of design value.

• Experience managing complex projects and a design team while involved in design.
• Advanced knowledge of visual design principles.

• Passion for technology, self-motivated, result-oriented.
• Exceptional educational achievement in design or a compelling narrative.
• Professional written and spoken English.
• Willingness to travel up to 4 times a year for internal events.
