Responsibilities

  • Translate creative direction into compelling, high-quality design across web, social, email, video, events, and print.
  • Lead, mentor, and provide constructive feedback to designers to elevate creative quality and consistency.
  • Develop and adapt campaign concepts that align with brand standards, marketing objectives, and business goals.
  • Partner cross-functionally with marketing, content, digital, and strategy teams to ensure creative alignment.
  • Present and defend creative concepts to internal stakeholders with confidence and clear rationale.
  • Leverage data, insights, and performance metrics to inform and strengthen creative execution.
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively in a fast-paced environment.
